➔ Where do you ship?
We ship globally. Depending on your location, your order may be fulfilled from one of our distribution centers around the world.
➔ How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery date is the sum of fulfillment and shipping times. Fulfillment usually takes 2–6 business days. Shipping after fulfillment:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
That said, on average our orders are delivered within 7-14 business days.

We offer free shipping for orders over €79 (available in USA, Europe non-EFTA, UK, Japan, and Brazil).
➔ Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. All shipments include tracking so you can follow your order’s journey. You will receive the tracking link by email once the order is fulfilled.
➔ What if I ordered two products and I received only one?
Don't panic: if your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on the fulfillment location. So it could happen that you receive the products on different dates.
➔ What if I have issues with my delivery?

➔ Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with tags, and in their original packaging. Remember that the customer covers the return shipping cost.
➔ How do I request a return?
If you have an account, you can request a return in your Orders section: account.voidnverse.com/orders. Otherwise, email us at info@voidnverse.com.
➔ Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can. You might not be able to cancel an order from your account page after placing it, but you can contact us at info@voidnverse.com and we will do it for you.
Please note: you cannot cancel an order that is already being fulfilled. Please cancel orders as soon as possible.
➔ How do I create an account?
It's very easy: just log in by using your email and the verification code you will receive. We recommend logging in before placing an order from the checkout page.
➔ What if my product is wrong, damaged, or defective?
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, your return is completely free. Please contact us as soon as possible at: info@voidnverse.com and include clear photos of the issue.
➔ Do you offer size exchanges?
No direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order.
➔ How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take longer to process the refund.
➔ What if my refund is delayed?
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@voidnverse.com.
➔ Can I send you feedback?
We love feedback — positive or negative. Tell us how your order went, share your ideas, suggestions, or even collaboration proposals.
