A. Length

Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.

B. Width

Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the product to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

C. Sleeve length

Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

A. Length

Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the measuring tape horizontal.

Refund policy

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Returns for Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you received an incorrect item, a damaged product, or a product with a printing defect, your return will be completely free of charge.
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos showing the issue so we can process your return quickly.

Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
A return label will be generated and sent to you after your request is approved.

Since our returns processing center is located in Italy, shipping costs may be high depending on your location. To support our customers, we also offer a discount voucher equal to 50% of your return shipping cost (up to €10), which can be used on your next purchase.

Please note: We strongly recommend checking each product’s size guide before placing your order.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer direct size exchanges. The fastest way to get the right size is to return your original item and place a new order.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
